Job Description
Optimi is looking for individuals with exceptional communication and administration skills to join the Administration and Academic Services team as Temporary Program Administration Agent (Quality Assurer). The ideal candidates should be results orientated. committed to meeting deadlines, and able to work well within a team.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Chrome.
- Proficiency in English both verbally and in written communication.
- Good communication skills.
DUTIES
- Check applications for completeness.
- Ensure assisting personnel know the completeness rules.
- Saving of "source" document(s).
- Edit applications in the shop.
- Quality approval on My.impaq.
- Handle incomplete registrations (main responsibility).
- Communicate with clients regarding outstanding items.
- Liaise with other departments to help complete registrations.
- Handle client enquiries and tickets.
- Tracking the application number on QA Issue.
- Decline old incomplete registrations.
- Recommend My.Impaq updates.
- Escalate issues if volumes are a concern.
- Provide feedback to management on possible process improvements.
- Provide feedback to management on volumes.
- Operational and administrative tasks as required.
- Help colleagues with other processes, as required.
This role is based in Centurion.
