Job Description
Optimi is looking to hire a highly motivated individual with strong administrative and communication skills to join the team as an Academic Support Administrator Assessors. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and support assessment events and academic operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12.
- Administration and Client Services qualification (advantageous).
- Minimum 2–3 years’ administrative experience in a similar role.
- Strong data capturing and attention to detail.
- Client service experience.
- Education sector experience will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage large volumes of work within strict timelines.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required.
- Plan and coordinate assessment events such as Orals, PATs and Practical assessments.
- Liaise with assessors, subject specialists and internal stakeholders to ensure successful assessment events.
- Provide administrative support and coordination for assessment activities.
- Manage approved independent assessor administration, including approvals and support.
- Coordinate and support R&S training events, including event setup and certificate distribution.
- Handle client enquiries on Zoho for Academic Operations.
- Maintain accurate records, compile reports, and assist with billing and invoicing for assessment events.
This position is based in Centurion.
