Optimi is seeking a well-organised and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. We invite applications from candidates who are confident in supporting marketing strategy, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
• 1–3 years’ experience in marketing and brand coordination
• Project management experience
• Marketing administration experience
• MS Suite
• Social media platforms.
• Google Analytics and Internet Explorer or equivalent
• CRM (advantageous)
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills

DUTIES

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and prepare marketing reports
• Support the development and execution of marketing plans and strategies
• Assist with brand strategy implementation and campaign coordination
• Plan and coordinate meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows
• Maintain marketing materials, internal tools, and website updates
• Monitor campaign performance and track marketing metrics
• Liaise between creative, sales, and marketing teams to ensure project delivery

This position is based in Centurion.
